Using the ‘Not Nutella‘ that I made yesterday, I adapted this recipe, and made these delicious little mouthfuls of sweetness. And dairy, gluten and sugar free!
- Not Nutella
- 50g Popped quinoa
- 3 tbs unsweetened desiccated coconut, plus more for sprinkling
- Mix together the ingredients, and press into a cling-film lined loaf tin
- Sprinkle over the remaining coconut and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
